Sunday afternoon. The salon is closed and the phone keeps ringing. By Tuesday, the bride has booked somewhere else.

It's like the software big companies use but now accessible to small businesses.
Use our AI CRM or bring your own. Every client, call, email, booking and sale lands in one place. It traces every booking back to the post, listing or mirror card that started it, and every morning it shows you what needs you.
Invitation only. Connect your tools in a few clicks, or we can set them up for you.
A map of the Phoenix area for Linden Row Hair and Beauty, an example salon. Bookings and calls from Oct 1 to 23 trace back to the source that brought them and fill a sales by source list. Then one call is followed: Sienna Valenzuela in Glendale called on the Instagram bio line about her wedding. It became a paid bridal party of six, and $1,785 is credited to Instagram, which moves Instagram's sales from $10,912 to $12,697.

Manage the business.
You know what you rang up. Nobody can tell you what brought it in.
Busy chairs keep you booked. They don't show you where new clients came from, which calls went to voicemail, or which bridal quotes went quiet. Four questions every owner asks, and what 10XIQ answers.
You sent a bridal quote two weeks ago. Nobody has followed up, and her date is getting closer.
Which big bookings have gone quiet?
A bridal party of six paid last Saturday. Was it Instagram, the Google listing or a referral that rang the phone? Nobody can say.
Which source paid for that wedding?
You know the deposits. You can't say if this month is ahead of the same days last month, or why.
Is this month better than last month?
Example company, sample figures. Linden Row Hair and Beauty, Phoenix.
Big companies pay people to answer these questions.
National salon chains and private-equity groups have analysts, marketing teams and someone whose whole job is tracing every booking to its source.
10XIQ gives an independent salon the same answers. No new hire. No swapping out the tools you already pay for, or use ours.

Time
Taken times come from Monique's book. A consult booked online lands on the same timeline.
Every big booking, from inquiry to paid.
Bridal parties, extensions, color correction and keratin move through Inquiry, Contacted, Consult booked, Booked, Done and Paid. Drag a card to move it, and the move lands on the client's timeline. Every booking has an owner, and a Gone quiet list catches the quotes nobody has touched in 14 days, so a $2,100 bridal party doesn't slip away.
Swipe for every stage.
Gone quiet: 6 open quotes, $5,890, no activity in 14 days.
Mark lostThe 7 wins from Oct 1 to 23, $8,405, sit in Done and Paid. Booked holds 15 future dates with deposits paid.
Every call recorded, read and summed up in one line.
Missed calls, voicemails and new website leads land in Calls to return, with Play and Call buttons. Each recorded call gets one sentence and a kind: Booking, Inquiry, Existing client or Sales pitch. Click to call goes out on your own tracking number, and a recording notice plays first.
"Wants a balayage before Thanksgiving and asked if Lauren has anything open in November."
"Asked what keratin smoothing costs, was quoted from $360 from the price list and left her number."
"Called while the salon was closed. Wants a bridal trial in March and asked for a call back."
Each call gets one sentence, labeled "From the call recording," and a kind.
Answered by Avery Cole 152, Tessa Ruiz 131 and Marcus Odom 14. 15 missed calls left no message.
Nothing important gets lost in email.
Every new email is read, tagged to the right client, booking, vendor or stylist, and assigned to the person who handles it. Spam and likely spam go to their own folder. Replies are drafted for you, and nothing sends until you click.

Sales means paid tickets, read from QuickBooks. Deposits held are money for work not done yet. Deals won is a pipeline number. 10XIQ keeps the three apart and labels each one. A What sold view breaks sales into color, cuts, bridal, extensions, retail and the rest, with the average ticket for each.
Retail: 249 products on 199 of the 885 tickets. Averages include add-ons and retail on the same ticket.
Who booked, who rebooked, who sold retail.
This month by person, from the book, the front desk and every ticket. Rebook rate counts the clients who booked their next visit before they left the chair. Earlier months come from QuickBooks and the clients you brought over from HighLevel or another CRM.

Know which sources fill your chairs.
For each source, 10XIQ shows leads, new clients and sales, and for ads it adds spend, cost per lead and return. A booking made over the phone is credited to the line that rang, so the Instagram bio, the Google listing and the mirror cards each get their own credit.
| Source | Spend | Leads | New clients | Cost per lead | Sales | Return |

Humanyze talks like the kindest person at your front desk.
Humanyze is the chat on your website, in your salon's own voice and colors, with your jokes and a name if you want one. It listens, answers in plain words and uses only your pages, your team's answers and your price list. It sounds human, says it's an assistant whenever anyone asks, and never invents a price, a date or an offer.
Friday 8:47 PM. This chat is saved so the team can follow up.
Handed to the team
Hi, I'm Linden Row's website assistant. Ask about services, prices or booking, or I can have the front desk call you.
I'm Sloane, Linden Row's website assistant. The team picked the name, and I've grown into it.
I'd do it myself, but I'm all chat and no shears.Used now and then, where it fits.
- Says it's Linden Row's assistant whenever anyone asks.
- Answers only from Linden Row's pages, the team's answers and the price list.
Lauren has Tuesday at 10 open, and a first balayage is 20% off this week.
It promises a time and an offer, and neither one is in a source. The check runs in code.
Prices come only from your price list. The estimate note is added in code to every reply that has a price.
Every call, booking and click traced to where it came from.
The tag runs from your own website's address and keeps the click ID, landing page, device and town for each visit. Your Instagram bio, your Google listing and your mirror cards each get their own tracking number, so a call carries its source before anyone picks up.

Beacon puts names to the visitors who never book.
Most people who visit your website never call, book or fill out a form. Beacon, the 10XIQ website visitor ID, identifies many of them by name, email and mailing address, matches them to your leads and clients, and shows the ad or search that brought each one. When a visitor is already a lead or a client, your team follows up knowing what they looked at.
Beacon is optional, and everything else on this page works without it. We turn it on for your salon, and its price depends on how many visitors it identifies each month. A returning visitor is not counted again.
214 people were identified on your website from Oct 1 to 23.

Beacon fills a sale's source only when the CRM and the ticket left it blank, and only from an ad visit in the 90 days before. A credit never adds a sale.
- Never sent to ad platforms.Identified visitors stay with your team. Nothing goes to Google, Meta or any other ad platform.
- Your records always win.Your forms, CRM and QuickBooks come first. Beacon fills only blanks and never changes what a client told you.
- Outreach only through Beacon email.10XIQ never emails, texts or mails the people Beacon finds. Beacon's own email, with consent and opt-outs, is on the way.
- Download your list.An Excel spreadsheet in your colors, with a sheet on how you may use it.
Every missed call gets called back.
Every missed call lands in Calls to return with the voicemail, the source and a Call button. Click to call dials out on your tracking number, so the callback is recorded on the same client. The salon is closed Sundays and Mondays, the phone still rings, and the missed ones are often brides.
When they came in
15 of the 41 left no message. They still land in Calls to return with the number and the source.
Mirror cards that report back.
Each code on a mirror card, business card, bridal brochure, window decal or retail bag is its own source, with scans, leads and sales. A scan becomes a lead when that visitor books online, calls, texts or starts a chat.
Watch it work.
10XIQ watches your tracking, calls, bookings, spend and website. When a number moves, it opens a ticket with the evidence, and later checks that the fix held.

Questions owners ask.
Is 10XIQ a CRM?
Yes, an AI CRM. Use ours or bring your own. Ours has clients, the appointment book, online booking, the pipeline for big work, notes, tasks and follow-ups, and the Today screen. Already on HighLevel or another CRM? Keep it running and 10XIQ reads it, or bring your clients and bookings over. Either way, you can do it yourself or we can set it up for you.
Do I have to leave the software I run on?
No. 10XIQ reads QuickBooks, your Google listing and ads, the leads from your Instagram and the CRM you already have. The tools you use every day keep running as they are.
Who sets it up?
You can connect your tools yourself in a few clicks, or we can set it up for you.
How do reminders and deposits work?
The day before each appointment, at 10 AM, the client gets a text that ends with Reply C to confirm. A C marks the appointment confirmed on the book. Big work such as bridal parties, extensions and color correction takes a deposit by card when it's booked, and a cancellation inside 24 hours keeps the deposit.
Can my stylists see the money?
Roles are Owner, Salesperson and Viewer. You choose which one each person gets.
Will Humanyze make things up?
No. It answers only from your pages, your team's answers and your price list, and the check runs in code. Every price comes from your price list and ends with a note that it's an estimate, not an official quote. When it doesn't know, it says so and hands the visitor to your team.
Who can see my email?
You can. Each person connects their own Gmail or Google Workspace account and sees only their own mail, plus any email assigned to them. Message bodies and attachments stay in Gmail and are read when you open them. To sort a thread, 10XIQ reads the sender, the subject and the first lines. Spam and likely spam move to their own folder, and nothing is sent or deleted without your click.
Who hears my calls?
Recordings stay in your own file store, with no public links. Each call gets a one-sentence summary, labeled "From the call recording." Full transcripts are for the team that sets up your account.
Run it like the big salons do.
10XIQ gives an independent salon the answers a big chain pays analysts for.
